1. About Youghazi and these terms
Youghazi Fragrance Collection is operated by RANIA AND MARDIYAH COLLABORATION (PTY) LTD, a South African private company, registration number 2018/295332/07. Director: Rushana Meyer.

Website: youghazi.co.za.
General enquiries: info@youghazi.co.za.

Privacy enquiries: privacy@youghazi.co.za.
WhatsApp/contact: +27 66 256 0379.
These terms cover use of our website, purchases made directly through our website and stores, and our workshops and experiences. Read them with our Shipping, Returns and Refunds, Privacy and Cookie Policies, and the details shown for your order or booking. The Shipping Policy governs delivery; the Returns and Refunds Policy governs returns and booking cancellations; the Privacy and Cookie Policies govern personal information and tracking choices. Those specific provisions prevail over a general description in these terms. Nothing in any policy limits rights or duties that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Purchases through marketplaces, independent retailers or agents are handled through the relevant seller or platform and its applicable terms. Agent, wholesale and white-label arrangements are governed by separate agreements.
These terms apply subject to South African law. Nothing in them removes statutory consumer rights or excludes obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded. Clear product or booking conditions supplied before purchase apply to that purchase, subject to these protections.
2. Accounts and authorised purchases
Where an online purchase requires an account, use the supported sign-in verification process. Provide accurate details and keep them current. By creating an account or placing an order, you confirm that you are 18 or older, or that a parent or legal guardian has authorised your use and purchase. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising purchases by children in their care.
You must be authorised to use the selected payment method. Account and payment authorisation does not replace any parental permission required for processing children's information under our Privacy Policy.
Protect your sign-in details and notify us promptly of suspected misuse. We may reasonably restrict access or investigate suspected fraud, unlawful activity or account abuse. Such action does not remove rights relating to legitimate paid purchases.
3. Responsible website use
Use the website for lawful browsing, genuine enquiries and legitimate purchases. Do not make false orders, misuse discounts, impersonate another person, interfere with security, upload harmful or unlawful material, or copy content for unauthorised commercial use.
Normal sharing of links and lawful search-engine indexing are permitted. Automated extraction or reproduction of our content for commercial use requires permission.
4. Placing and accepting orders
Review the product, quantity, price, delivery details and booking session before payment. Correct any errors before submitting your order. Adding an item to your basket or wishlist does not reserve it or fix its price.
An online order or booking is accepted when payment is confirmed and Youghazi sends the order or booking confirmation. An automatic acknowledgement received before payment confirmation records your submission; it does not by itself confirm acceptance.
Products and workshop seats are not held during an unpaid bank-deposit payment window. Availability is checked when payment clears. If the item or session is unavailable, we will contact you about a refund or an alternative you expressly accept. We do not substitute products or sessions without agreement.
If a paid, accepted order cannot be fulfilled, we explain the situation promptly and provide the remedies required by law. Unless another period is agreed, an online order must be executed within 30 days of receipt. If we fail to do so, you may cancel on seven days’ written notice. If the goods or service are unavailable, we notify you promptly and refund payment within 30 days of notification, subject to an earlier applicable deadline. Any agreed alternative, delay or refund is recorded with the order.
5. Payment and bank deposits
Full payment is required before dispatch or attendance unless we expressly agree to another arrangement. Available payment methods and any applicable provider conditions are shown at checkout or in your quotation. Use the order reference supplied with your payment instructions.
Bank-deposit payment is due within two business days after the payment instructions are issued. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding South African public holidays. An unpaid order may be cancelled after that window. Proof of payment is helpful, but does not replace receipt of cleared funds.
If funds arrive after cancellation, contact us with the payment reference. We will reconcile the payment and agree on a new order, subject to availability, or arrange the applicable refund.
6. Prices, promotions and genuine errors
Prices are in South African rand (ZAR). The business is not currently VAT registered and does not charge VAT as a registered vendor. The total payable, including applicable delivery or other agreed charges, is shown before payment.
Website and store prices are generally aligned, but channel-specific prices and promotions may differ. The offer shown for the channel used applies. Offer duration, eligibility, stock limits and other conditions are stated with the promotion. Discount codes combine with other offers only where the offer or checkout expressly allows it.
Genuine typographical, listing, price or communication errors may occur. We will explain and correct a discovered error, and contact affected customers where appropriate. Any extra payment, substitution or changed arrangement requires agreement. Where correction or cancellation is permitted by law, amounts due back will be refunded. An error clause does not permit arbitrary price changes to accepted orders.
7. Product information and safe use
Read the listing, size, contents, ingredients or materials, care directions and warnings before purchase. Images help explain the product; screen colours and minor packaging or production variations may differ. A material change to what was ordered requires your agreement.
Fragrance descriptions express scent character rather than a promise of identical perception for every person. Longevity and projection depend on use and individual conditions. Descriptive estimates do not remove rights concerning a defective or misdescribed product.
Use products only as intended and follow supplied safety directions. Keep fragrance liquids, oils, candles and relevant accessories away from children, pets, heat and flames as directed. Stop use if irritation occurs and obtain suitable medical advice where needed. Tell us about a suspected product safety problem.
References to inspired fragrances describe scent inspiration only. They do not mean the product is made, endorsed or licensed by another fragrance house unless expressly and accurately stated.
8. Delivery, collection and address details
Our Shipping Policy explains delivery coverage, complimentary-delivery eligibility, preparation and transit estimates, tracking, exceptions and pre-arranged international orders. Charges and special arrangements must be disclosed before payment. Estimates are not an unconditional delivery guarantee.
Supply a complete, accurate delivery address and reachable contact number. Anyone receiving an order for you must be authorised. Where your incorrect instructions cause additional reasonable delivery costs, we explain those costs before agreeing the next step. Contact us promptly about damaged, missing or undelivered goods.
Delivery or collection responsibilities are assessed under applicable law; goods do not become your transit risk simply because a courier has been appointed. Booked services do not incur physical-product delivery charges unless separately purchased goods require delivery.
9. Returns, cancellations and refunds
Our Returns and Refunds Policy contains the complete conditions and procedures. For voluntary physical-product returns, contact us within 14 calendar days of receipt. Goods must meet the stated unused/unopened conditions; return eligible goods within seven calendar days of receiving instructions.
Applicable statutory online cooling-off rights and remedies for faulty, incorrect or misdescribed goods are separate from voluntary change-of-mind conditions. Qualifying faulty goods may be assessed within six months of delivery with the remedies and transport costs required by law.
Where permitted, voluntary-return handling costs reflect actual costs and do not exceed 10% of the price paid. This is not an automatic charge and does not apply to qualifying faulty/incorrect goods or applicable seven-day online cancellations or statutory direct-marketing cooling-off cancellations. Bundle, promotion, clearance and refund conditions remain as stated in the separate policy.
Approved physical-product refunds are issued within seven business days of receiving returned goods, subject to an applicable earlier deadline. Statutory online cancellation refunds follow their legal deadline. Store credit is an option, not a compulsory replacement for a refund due.
10. Booking details and attendance
Your booking is for the confirmed date, session, venue and attendee count. Read the listing for price, inclusions, duration, age requirements and any experience-specific conditions. Age requirements are stated per experience. Children attend with a parent or legal guardian who remains responsible for their supervision.
Arrive in time for the safety briefing and follow the facilitator's instructions. Late admission depends on whether you can safely join without disrupting the session. An extension, repeat session or rescheduling is not guaranteed. Missed or late bookings are assessed under the reasonable cancellation approach below.
We may refuse or stop unsafe, abusive or seriously disruptive participation where reasonably necessary for safety. Any refund or cancellation consequence is assessed fairly under the circumstances, the stated terms and applicable law.
11. Booking changes and cancellation
Contact returns@youghazi.co.za promptly with your booking reference, date and attendee details. Attendee transfers or rescheduling depend on availability and the conditions disclosed before booking.
A reasonable cancellation charge may apply, considering notice, the nature of the booking and our prospects of refilling the place. We explain the calculation and refund balance. There is no automatic 100% forfeiture for every cancellation, no-show or deposit.
No cancellation fee applies where the booking cannot be honoured because of the death or hospitalisation of the attendee or beneficiary. Reasonable supporting information may be requested and handled privately.
If we cancel, or materially change the date, venue or session and you cannot accept the change, you may choose a refund of the affected booking rather than a replacement date or credit. Genuine service problems remain eligible for assessment after attendance.
Where the statutory fixed-date leisure-services exclusion applies, that booking does not use the standard seven-day online cooling-off provision. Undated vouchers and other services are assessed under their applicable rules. Approved booking refunds are issued within seven business days of approval, subject to an applicable earlier deadline.
12. Health, allergies and activity risks
Before participating, tell the facilitator about relevant allergies, fragrance sensitivities or health conditions that may affect safe participation. We do not routinely require medical histories. If disclosed, relevant health information is handled privately for the stated assistance or safety purpose.
Activities may involve fragrance oils, scented materials, hot wax, heated equipment or other tools, depending on the experience. Read the specific activity warnings before booking and participation.
Follow handling instructions, use protective equipment provided and do not handle equipment beyond the facilitator's directions.
Participants accept the clearly explained ordinary risks of their chosen activity to the extent permitted by law. We remain responsible for duties and liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for gross negligence. Disclosure of a condition does not guarantee that an activity is suitable; discuss suitability before attending.
13. Photography, video, audio and privacy
Photography and filming may occur at stores, workshops and experiences. We obtain permission before using identifiable attendee images, video or audio for social media, advertising or approved promotional collaborations. Permission may cover publication through Youghazi's accounts and approved collaboration posts.
Booking, attendance or appearing in the background does not by itself establish promotional permission. You may decline without affecting attendance or purchase. Where permission is absent, promotional material must not identify you, including through appropriate cropping or blurring. Identifiable promotional media of children requires prior parent or legal guardian permission.
Our Privacy Policy explains CCTV video/audio at business premises, call recordings where used, service providers, security, retention, international services and privacy rights. Our Cookie Policy explains separate optional-tracking choices. Acceptance of these terms does not automatically grant optional cookie or direct-marketing consent.
14. Content, trademarks and reviews
Youghazi branding, product artwork, photographs and original website content are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Youghazi is trademarked. Personal browsing and ordinary sharing do not grant commercial reproduction, alteration or brand-use rights. Obtain permission for commercial use.
When submitting a review or other content, you confirm it is honest, lawful and yours to share. You give us permission to display it for the purpose for which it was submitted. Do not disclose another person's private information without authority. We may moderate unlawful, abusive, fraudulent or irrelevant content; genuine criticism is not itself prohibited.
External links and provider services have their own terms. Links do not establish endorsement. Payment, booking or other providers remain subject to the responsibilities allocated by law; using them does not remove our own obligations.
15. Availability, responsibility and changes
We take reasonable care with website availability and information, but interruptions, maintenance and technical errors can occur. Contact us if a problem affects a paid order or booking. Service interruptions do not automatically cancel our obligations for accepted purchases.
To the extent lawfully permitted, we are not responsible for loss caused solely by your misuse, unauthorised interference or circumstances for which the law does not make us responsible. These terms do not exclude statutory warranties, liability for gross negligence or other non-excludable liability.
We may update these terms for later use and transactions. Changes do not retrospectively alter an existing accepted order or booking without a lawful basis or agreement. The applicable version and relevant order details may be saved or printed. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue where legally possible. We provide a record of your online transaction and access to transaction information while we maintain it. Contact info@youghazi.co.za to request an order record or the policy version applicable to your purchase.
16. Questions, complaints and legal notices
Contact info@youghazi.co.za or +27 66 256 0379 for general assistance. Send complaints to complaints@youghazi.co.za, website issues to webmaster@youghazi.co.za, and legal disputes, formal notices or law-enforcement requests to legal@youghazi.co.za. Use returns@youghazi.co.za for product returns and booking cancellations, and privacy@youghazi.co.za for privacy requests. Business correspondence and formal notices may be delivered to the Wynberg address in section 1, subject to applicable service requirements.
South African law governs these terms. You retain access to courts, competent regulators and applicable dispute-resolution bodies; contacting us first is encouraged but is not a waiver of those rights.
17. Stores and contact directory
Our office and head office is at the Wynberg address in section 1. Our retail locations also include Access Park, Kenilworth, Cape Town, and St Peter’s Square, Observatory, Cape Town. Return drop-off follows the Wynberg arrangement in the Returns and Refunds Policy. Store-specific opening times may vary.
Choose the contact that matches your enquiry. Our customer-care aliases care@youghazi.co.za and help@youghazi.co.za reach the general enquiries service.
