2. What cookies and similar technologies do

3. Categories used on our website

We describe providers by function because services can change. These categories describe possible tools; they do not mean every tool is enabled at all times. Social links alone do not establish that a tracking pixel is used.
4. Optional tracking and consent
Our consent controls keep optional preferences, analytics and advertising tracking off until you choose to allow the relevant category. This choice applies to all website visitors, including visitors in South Africa. Essential tools remain available.
The cookie banner offers Accept all, Reject optional and Manage preferences. Optional choices are not preselected. Continuing to browse, dismissing the banner or creating an account is not consent to optional tracking.
Accept all permits the optional categories shown. Reject optional keeps them off. Manage preferences lets you choose categories individually. Your cookie choice does not automatically subscribe you to email, SMS or WhatsApp marketing.
5. Changing your choice
You can reopen the controls using Cookie preferences in the website footer and change or withdraw optional permission. Your new choice applies to future tracking; it does not invalidate earlier lawful processing.

Deleting consent-storage cookies or changing devices may cause the banner to appear again. Browser controls may not block every pixel or server-side process; use our consent controls as well.

Embedded social, video, review or booking features that involve optional tracking respect your choice. Opening a third-party site or account takes you to that provider's service and privacy controls.
