Yes. Availability, costs and sample arrangements are discussed privately.
Can you meet my event date?
Tell us your preferred date. We confirm feasibility and lead times before commitment.
Can you deliver internationally or to multiple people?
We assess destinations, product restrictions, recipient arrangements and costs individually.
Can custom orders be cancelled or returned?
Conditions depend on the agreed work and production stage and are disclosed before commitment. Applicable statutory remedies remain.
Will my project be shown online?
Only with your express permission. Otherwise, artwork and project details remain confidential.

    We use your contact details, project information and optional files to review your enquiry, discuss feasibility, prepare a quotation and administer any project you subsequently agree with us. Required fields help us respond and assess your request; without them we may be unable to do so.

    Access is limited to authorised staff and relevant service providers who need the information for this work. Service providers may process information outside South Africa subject to lawful safeguards. Artwork and project details are handled confidentially and are not used in our promotional content without your express permission.

    We retain enquiry, communication, file and acceptance records only for as long as needed for the project enquiry, any resulting work and applicable legal/dispute purposes, then delete or de-identify them when no longer lawfully needed. Where collected for security and submission evidence, IP addresses are treated as personal information.
